Client Overview
LUCAI is a bioinformatics services company backed by GRIDX, designed specifically for startups and growing companies within the biotech ecosystem. Their mission is clear: to accelerate the development of biotechnological solutions using bioinformatics tools and artificial intelligence to optimize processes and enhance decision-making in R&D.
However, their brand identity did not fully reflect the level of innovation and precision behind their work. That’s where We Are Palta stepped in.
Challenge
LUCAI needed a brand that could express precision, evolution, technology—and “bio.” But how do we bring all of that together into one cohesive identity?
We started by defining LUCAI’s brand archetype: How should it position itself? How should it speak to the world? This step was essential. Through constant iteration and collaboration, we worked closely with their team to deeply understand who they are and shaped their identity using the Golden Circle method.
The Golden Circle framework starts with three questions: Why? How? What?
But the key lies in the first one: Why does your brand exist?
Once we understood LUCAI’s purpose, we built a strategy around what truly sets them apart in a competitive space.
These insights helped us craft a brand that feels disruptive, modern, and efficient—yet human. A visual identity with clarity, precision, and innovation.
